Should you receive defective or damaged goods, please contact us within 14 days. We will send you a returns authority and ask you to return the goods to us and we will refund the full amount paid for the returned goods and the postage.
Should you wish to return goods wrongly ordered and you have exceeded the cancellation time we may be prepared to accept the return and offer a refund provided the goods are unopened and in a saleable condition but we will not refund the postage.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
All goods returned must be suitably packed and labelled. Please enclose your original packing note.
All refunds will be made as a credit on the card account used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 30 days.

Non Delivery Should an order not be received within 7 days (14 days Europe) you must notify us by phone, mail or letter.
