Use of this website including the placing of an order will be considered as conformation that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Contract

Order When placing an order the customer undertakes that all the details provided are true and that they are authorised to use the debit or credit card used for payment. All orders are subject to availability prices charged will be those in force at the time of order and are inclusive of all UK duties and Taxes E.&O.E. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be added to the total cost. All prices are in the UK sterling.

Products

All our products are genuine and purchased by us from either the manufacturer or their designated agents. All warranties given or implied are those of the manufacturer. Amazing Hair LLP cannot be held responsible for consequential loss or damage caused or resulting from the improper use of any products supplied by them.

Delivery

We endeavour to despatch all deliveries within 24 hours. Standard delivery is by Royal Mail. Next day delivery will be by a courier selected by us and will be made the next working day other than orders placed on weekends or bank holidays which will be delivered on the second working day. However all delivery periods should be considered as indicative only. Amazing Hair LLP cannot be held responsible for any delays however caused. Cancellation

Distance selling regulations give you the right to cancel an order within 7 working days. Cancellations musts be notified within 7 working days by recorded post or email to sales@amazinghair.co.uk. Please state clearly your full details, date of order and order number. If the order has already been despatched it must be returned to us, unopened and in a saleable condition. No refund will be given until the goods have been received by us.

Refunds will be made in UK sterling and credited to the card account used for the purchase; this may take up to 30 days.

Limitation of liability Amazing Hair LLP will not accept responsibility or be liable for any loss or damage suffered arising directly or indirectly from the use of this website or from its contents or information provided there in save that nothing within the terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability in relation to those damages or losses arising from personal injury or death resulting from the use of this website to the extent caused by the negligence of Amazing Hair LLP.
